Who we are and our licence

Shreem Elite Mortgage Advisory L.L.C is licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under trade licence No. 1660136, for the activity Mortgage Consultant.

We are an advisory, not a lender

We do not lend money. Banks make the decision on every application. We compare banks, prepare your file and guide you through the process.

No guarantee of approval

We cannot guarantee that a bank will approve your application, or the rate, loan amount or timing it will offer. Approval depends on your income, documents, credit record, the property and the bank’s policy at the time.

Rates, limits and figures

Rates, loan-to-value limits, fees and eligibility criteria change often and differ by bank. Figures on this website are indicative and general, and were last reviewed in October 2026. Always confirm current terms with us and the bank before you commit.

How we are paid

We will explain how we are paid, and any fee that applies, before you commit to any service.

Islamic finance

Islamic mortgage products are structured by the banks that offer them, and each bank’s own Sharia supervisory board decides whether a product is compliant. We explain the structures, but we do not issue Sharia rulings.

Information about areas and authorities

Our pages on Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah summarise public information about ownership rules and fees. These can change and may differ between sources. Please confirm with the relevant land department or authority before you pay a deposit.
